The 1 or 2-bedroom villa is the island’s only waterfront accommodation and the only house on North Beach. The ultra-private and romantic villa is surrounded by lush sea-grape trees, scenic terraces and stunning natural beauty. Just steps from the beach, spend the entire afternoon collecting sea-shells.

The charming villa is bathed in sunlight and consists of a well-stocked kitchen and bar, living room and bedrooms. The bedrooms offers a comfortable king size bed with direct access to the outdoor patio and private pool.

Unlike the other properties, this villa includes your own private golf cart to allow you to easily make your way to the impressive Great House where three meals are served each day.

Guana Island has seven pristine beaches; the main one, White Bay Beach is the most glorious, a half-mile stretch of pure powder sand. The beach has a small bar where you can get drinks and snacks to take to your lounge chairs or beneath a giant shade tree where you can sway in hammocks. Guana's size and limited number of guests (32 max) means, if White Bay Beach has more than a handful of folks on it, it is deemed crowded!
